Wow, it's been a while. I have been working on random things and just forgot to post anything over here xD
Here are a few things I have been working on for Halloween and Day of the Dead.

So it's been a little over a year since I last updated this thing. Everything has finally settled down, we have been living in our new home since March of this year. The kids love the new school and the neighborhood is looking great. We are very fortunate to have the family, friends and support system we had to overcome last year and we are thankful everyday for them. I have not been able to draw very much, the mood has not hit me as of yet. We were only able to recover 1 of my much older sketchbooks from the tornado and all else was lost. Maybe one day I will draw like a did before, but the time is just not right now. So for a while yet I will just hang out and watch what others are doing and play minecraft with my kids and my brother. Have a good night

Hey look I finally found my DA again. So on May 20th a tornado came though Moore Ok and decided it wanted my house. We saw it coming into the neighborhood and decided to hoof it out of there. It was a huge tornado and the chances of us surviving it were not that great since we didn't have a shelter in the home. After getting the kids to their grandparents house we came back with a group of friends to see how bad the damage was, well it's a good thing we left because there wasn't much left. We tried to look for our animals but the rescue crews needed to get in so we were asked to leave. The smell of natural gas was incredibly high and you could hear hissing everywhere. Got a massive headache from it but it didn't stop us from going back the next day to find our dogs. Thanks to so many friends and family we have come out of this okay. Our new home is about to be started this week and other than one of the insurance ladies not working well with us we have not had many problems at all. The new home should be completed sometime this Christmas or a little afterwards. It's amazing how fast the community is bouncing back from this, all the new homes springing up is wonderful to see. Yes we are building back in the same spot we were at before because I am not afraid of what might happen and a little tornado isn't going to stop me.

I hope everyone had a great holiday season and I wish that the new year brings you lots of joy and good things. My little girl ended up staying up with me, so instead of playing WoW like I had planned we watched the ball drop in times square. Then since it wasn't midnight yet for us we watched videos of the fireworks from around the world. Unfortunately since it's so foggy we didn't get to see any fireworks from our house, but we could sure hear them. I have been drawing a bit but not really doing anything on the computer. Not much to show since they are really just rough sketches but maybe I will post something soon. Have a great one!!

Well it's that time again, the wonderful sounds of Christmas songs playing on the radio, internet and stores. I have started late this year on my Christmas shopping but I have always done best when it came down to the wire. I will be starting the hunt for the perfect Christmas gifts starting today and hopefully have all my shopping done within 2 weeks. I have been doing a lot of decorating around the house and tonight we should be putting up the tree. The house lights are already up and they look great, this is the first year we have been able to put them up and I am excited. I have been doing a bit of drawing and I will probably post them later today or tomorrow. Nothing fancy and all just pencil sketches but oh well. I hope everyone is having a wonderful holiday season and happy hunting on finding all your Christmas gifts ^__^
